How to register as a guest.

After clicking the blue banner above,  enter the Welcome page.

There are two ways to sign in:

・If you have a Facebook account, please refer to ①  
・Otherwise, please directly refer to ② to sign in using your email address.

①For guest holding Facebook account

(1) Click the button “Sign in Facebook as Guest” and access to the login screen to Facebook with your Facebook ID.

(2) Click “OK” for the registration.

(3) Fill out your guest information in the boxes below. (Name, Email address, Male/Female, Date of Birth, Telephone number, Postal code, Address, University name) Then, click “registration” button at the bottom. ※Please go to Step ③ “Fill out your guest information”

②For guest using your email address

(1) Enter your information (Name, Email, Password) in the boxes and click “registration” button at the bottom.

(2) In Home Stay my page, click “Menu” and choose “Edit User Info “.

(3) Fill out your guest information in the boxes. (Name, Email address, Male/Female, Date of Birth, Telephone number, Postal code, Address, University name) Then click “Update” button at the bottom.

③Filll out your guest information

(1) Click “Menu” and choose “Identification”.  Send your portrait picture to the system of operation to be checked. Click “Upload your portrait picture” and upload your student ID card.

(2) After uploading your picture,  click “Registration request” buttton.

(3) The system of operation will check your Identification. You will be a member if you pass the investigation.

④Search your host family

(1) Click “Search host family” button in your Home page.

(2) Enter your ideal conditions and click “search” button.

(3) When you find the ideal host family, click “Apply” button at the bottom.

(4) Enter the information about your stay (Home stay fee, Period of your stay, Message), then click “Apply” button.

You can now start to contact the host family on this website.

If you have any questions, please write a message in the message box.

※After sending your application and being accepted by your host family, you can cancel it.
(5) An confirmation email like below is sent to you from the Homestay Administration office.

Dear Mr./Ms. Xiaoyan Lin

Thank you very much for your application.

After the host family decide if they can accept your stay, you’ll receive an auto email, so please wait for a while.

(6) Application status appears on your My page.

(7) After the host family accept your stay, your application status changes to “Accepted”.

(8) A billing information message like below is sent to you from the Homestay Administration office.

Dear Mr./Ms. Xiaoyan Lin

We are pleased to let you know that the host Mr./ Ms. Okada Shinsaku has accepted your home stay request.

To complete your application, please refer to our next email about the payment.

(9) Your home stay application has not completed yet. Please wait the confirmation from the administration office.

(10) After your payment and the confirmation from the administration office, an comfirmation email like below is sent to you. Now your home stay application has completed.

We hope you enjoy your home stay in Japan!
